• Customer Service Orientation: Serving our customers efficiently and courteously in person and on the phone; upselling and cross-selling corporate products and services.
• Handling customer complaints and inquiries, problem solving, and resolving shipment and equipment/technology issues.
• Collaborating with Head Office, local management, drivers, warehousing staff, and other partners to ensure excellent customer service.
• Building positive relationships with customers, vendors, tenants, and internal teams.
• Assisting customers with shipping details and account challenges, including loading, scanning, logging, and resolving freight issues.

Responsibilities

• Communicating positively with all stakeholders both orally and in writing; listening to customer and partner needs.
• Maintaining personal responsibility, accountability, and compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Being punctual, adhering to uniform policies, and embodying Purolator values.
• Focusing on customer service, relationship building, problem-solving, and technology use.
• Having 3-12 months of customer service, retail, and POS system experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and stand for 3-hour intervals.
• Exhibiting professional communication and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and safety standards.
