• Customer Service Orientation: Serving customers efficiently and courteously both over the phone and in person, upselling and cross-selling corporate products and services.
• Handling customer complaints and inquiries, problem solving, and working to resolve problem shipments and equipment/technology challenges.
• Collaborating with Head Office, local management, drivers, warehousing staff, account managers, and other partners to ensure excellent customer service.
• Building positive relationships with internal teams, customers, vendors, and other key contacts.
• Assisting customers with shipping details and account challenges, and managing freight logistics including loading, scanning, logging, and calling resolution freight.

Responsibilities

• Communicating positively with all stakeholders both orally and in writing, listening actively, and ensuring clear communication.
• Maintaining personal responsibility and accountability, including adherence to all policies, safety standards, punctuality, and company values.
• Representing Purolator's values to customers and partners, with additional duties as assigned.
• Key focus areas include customer service, problem-solving, relationship building, technological proficiency, and personal accountability.
• Preferred experience includes 3-12 months in customer service, retail, or using POS systems, with the ability to lift 70 lbs and stand for 3-hour intervals.
