Description

Location: Kelowna Retail - Supporting Kelowna Depot

Hours: 25 hrs per week, between 11am-7pm, Monday-Friday. Shifts may include weekends and vary. Flexibility required.

Pay: $20.92 per hour

Customer Service Orientation

• Serving customers efficiently and courteously in person and over the phone, including up-selling and cross-selling products and services
• Handling customer complaints and inquiries
• Problem solving and resolving shipment issues
• Addressing equipment and technology challenges
• Collaborating with Head Office, management, drivers, warehousing staff, and other partners to ensure excellent customer service
• Building positive relationships with customers, vendors, tenants, and key contacts
• Assisting customers with shipping details and account issues using technology
• Loading, scanning, logging, and resolving freight issues
• Cash reconciliation, including deposits and key control
• Effective communication skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for 3-hour intervals
