Qualifications

• 3-12 months of customer service, retail, or POS system experience preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods in a retail and warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in English and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

As a RetailService Representative, you will be part of the Retail Operations team supporting customers, drivers, warehouse staff, account managers, and corporate partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach that will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title:RetailService Representative
Location: Victoria, BC (811 Vernon Ave & 9584 Hampden Road) – Car Required
Pay Range: $21.55 per hour (Top Rate: $28.89 per hour as per collective agreement)
