Job summary

Purolator is hiring for a part-time Customer Care and Retail position in Victoria. The role involves assisting customers in a retail center environment and via phone, with a focus on delivering excellent service while handling shipping details and account challenges.

Hours are 30 per week with a wage of $21.55 per hour, top rate $28.89 under the collective agreement. English proficiency is required due to frequent communications with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-12 Months Customer Service Experience preferred.
• 3-12 Months Retail Experience preferred.
• 3-12 Months using technology/ POS system Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Assist customers with shipping details and accounts.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and problem shipments.
• Collaborate with Head Office, management, drivers, warehousing, and partners to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain professionalism and accountability, including attendance and uniforms.
