Job summary

CB2 is seeking an Operations Associate to keep the stockroom efficient and support the salesfloor, ensuring timely order fulfillment, accurate inventory, and well-presented displays while upholding store policies and a safe, inclusive environment. You’ll learn and use all relevant systems to support routines, pricing, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Customer service and retail experience preferred.
• Strong reading and writing in English; good arithmetic and data entry are important.
• Ability to work flexibly and learn continuously.
• Commitment to store safety standards and teamwork.
• Creative problem solving with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Stock product and displays on the sales floor.
• Process incoming shipments and curbside orders in a timely manner.
• Prepare stockroom for inventory and perform inventory duties.
• Perform stock checks and maintain an organized stockroom.
• Greet customers and respond to questions, escalating as needed to management.
• Follow loss prevention and safety guidelines as outlined by management.
• Organize and maintain the stockroom with the Operations Team.
• Work with Sales Associates and Visual Merchandiser to maintain the sales area.
• Assist Visual Merchandiser with seasonal floor changes.
• Inform the team of new receipts, overages, shortages, or merchandise condition.
