Job summary

GARAGE, part of Groupe Dynamite, is seeking an Operations Team Lead to maximize sales by keeping the stockroom organized, processing shipments, replenishing floors, fulfilling e-comm orders, applying markdowns and merchandising, and ensuring a standout shopping experience.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will optimize inventory control, drive customer satisfaction, and uphold brand presentation every day; we value proactive teammates who collaborate and bring energetic, fashion-forward

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6 months in stockroom or inventory in retail preferred.
• Passion for fashion and attentive to details.
• Curious, proactive and able to simplify tasks.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Collaborative with partners across teams.
• Comfort with social media, mobile devices and basic software.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales by maintaining stockroom organization and inventory control.
• Process shipments, replenish sales floor, fulfill e-comm orders, and apply markdowns.
• Merchandise to uphold brand and visual standards and optimize customer experience.
• Contribute to day-to-day store operations and teamwork to drive store success.
• Support inventory management and drive customer satisfaction through attention to detail.
