Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a General Merchandise Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, maintain organized merchandise areas, and assist with stocking and selling goods. You will greet customers, promote products, locate items and help resolve issues.

Based at 114 Lombard St, Smiths Falls, ON, you will work with teammates to cover floors, ensure clean, safe displays, and support front-end operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older (minimum qualification)

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by greeting customers, promoting products, locating merchandise and assisting with purchases, resolving issues where appropriate.
• Covers and zones assigned areas on the sales floor.
• Moves feature merchandise to its modular home and stocks shelves.
• Assists with front-end coverage and floor recovery to keep the store clean and safe.
