Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary Customer Service by greeting customers politely, assisting with product location and purchases, and resolving concerns
• Covers an assigned area on the sales floor
• Zones the assigned area
• Moves feature merchandise to its modular home
• Works recovery merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other store areas
• Assists with Front End coverage
• Communicates with associates to ensure floor coverage
• Maintains a safe, clean store environment and follows policy and safety procedures
• Stocks merchandise and sets shelves and fixtures
