• Deliver an excellent customer experience by greeting customers and assisting with product selection.
• Provide friendly service, promote products and services, and resolve customer concerns.
• Cover sales floor areas and support Front End coverage as needed.
• Zone and merchandise areas, move feature merchandise, and recover stock.
• Stock merchandise and complete downstocking, apply product protection, and set modulars.
• Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free work environment per store policies.
• Be flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
