Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a General Merchandise Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain the general merchandise area, and assist with stocking and the sale of goods in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will greet customers, help with product selection, help locate merchandise, and support floor coverage, zoning, recovery, and safety standards. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experience by greeting customers and assisting with product selection.
• Covers assigned areas of the sales floor and assists with Front End coverage as required.
• Zones assigned areas to maintain a clean and organized sales floor; recovers merchandise as needed.
• Stocks merchandise, completes downstocking, and implements modulars and shelf caps.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and compliant work environment; follows policies and procedures; supports shifts flexibility.
