Job summary

Bell Mobility is seeking a Communications Coordinator to support the development and rollout of Retail elements across Canada. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Retail Marketing Communications, you will help implement in-store communications for Branded and National locations, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure timely, accurate materials.

Qualifications

• College diploma with a Business, Marketing and/or related discipline.
• Passion and working knowledge of the retail environment.
• Excellent attention to accuracy and detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility for after-hours, weekends and holidays during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Retail Marketing Communication Specialists to execute in-store communication elements supporting Branded and National Retail locations across Canada
• Collaborate with multiple internal and external partners to execute Retail elements including Rate Plan Collateral, Digital signage and printable POP
• Assist Bell, Virgin Plus & Lucky Mobile Marcom teams with competitive responses
• Assist with administrative duties such as VMS asset management & tickets, Monday.com project tracking updates, deck creation/maintenance
• Help drive process improvements and standardizations to gain efficiencies
