Bell, a leading Canadian telecommunications provider, seeks a Channel Execution Specialist to translate business priorities into field actions, analyze promotions, and monitor performance. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Product, Operations and Channel Enablement across Bell Mobility, Virgin Plus, and Bell Residential Services to drive seamless retail execution and sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in telecommunications, retail sales, channel operations, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Customer- and frontline-focused mindset with a passion for simplifying processes.
• Advanced organizational and time-management skills with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity is a plus.
• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Sales Execution & Communications: craft clear, concise communications for frontline teams and support new promotions and pricing updates.
• Manage inquiries, escalations, and feedback; ensure timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.
• Create sales summaries, job aids, playbooks, and tools to boost field productivity and outcomes.
• Ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business priorities.
• Business Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: monitor promotions, offers, and market trends; identify opportunities and risks.
• Assess impact of pricing changes and channel programs on performance; provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify execution gaps and leverage data to shape field priorities and plans.
• Measurement & Reporting: analyze offer performance and sales trends; prepare leadership summaries and cross-functional reports.
• Track initiatives and deliverables; support data-driven improvements from field feedback.
