Job summary

Bell is seeking a Channel Execution Specialist to support sales initiatives across Bell Mobility, Virgin Plus, and Bell Residential Services. You will translate business priorities into clear field communications, analyze promotions, and help frontline teams win.

This hybrid role offers exposure to multiple business units and collaboration with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Product, Operations, and Channel Enablement; based in Canada with a minimum 3 days in office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in telecommunications, retail sales, channel operations or related field is an asset.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Customer- and frontline-focused mindset with a passion for simplifying processes and improving execution.
• Advanced organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; AI tools experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, concise, and impactful communications that help frontline teams understand and execute sales priorities.
• Support the launch of promotions, pricing updates, products, and strategic initiatives across retail channels.
• Manage execution inquiries, escalations, and field feedback with timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.
• Create sales summaries, job aids, playbooks, and other execution tools to improve field productivity and outcomes.
• Ensure all sales-facing content remains accurate and aligned with current business priorities.
