Job summary

Bell Mobility is seeking a Communications Coordinator to support the development and rollout of Retail elements across Canada. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Retail Marketing Communications, you will help implement in-store communications for Branded and National locations, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure timely, accurate materials.

• Flexibility for after-hours, weekends and holidays during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Retail Marketing Communication Specialists to execute in-store communication elements supporting Branded and National Retail locations across Canada
• Collaborate with multiple internal and external partners to execute Retail elements including Rate Plan Collateral, Digital signage and printable POP
• Assist Bell, Virgin Plus & Lucky Mobile Marcom teams with competitive responses
• Assist with administrative duties such as VMS asset management & tickets, Monday.com project tracking updates, deck creation/maintenance
• Help drive process improvements and standardizations to gain efficiencies

Job Duties/Accountabilities

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Retail Marketing Communications, the Marketing Communications Coordinator will assist with the development and roll out of Retail elements.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Retail Marketing Communication Specialists to execute in-store communication elements supporting Branded and National Retail locations across Canada
• Collaborate with multiple internal and external partners to execute Retail elements including Rate Plan Collateral, Digital signage and printable POP
• Assist Bell, Virgin Plus & Lucky Mobile Marcom teams with competitive responses

Essential Qualifications

• College diploma with a Business, Marketing and/or related discipline
• Passion and working knowledge of the retail environment
• Excellent attention to accuracy and detail
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure, prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-evolving environment
• Ability to self motivate, problem solve, multi-task and take initiative
• Available for flexible work schedules, including after-hours, weekends and holidays, during peak sales periods (end of quarter/month, Black Friday, Boxing Week, iPhone launch, Back to School, etc.)

Preferred skills/ competencies

• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry or other technology
• Excellent skills in MS Office including Excel, Access, Word, and Power Point
• Bilingual (French & English) an asset

Additional Information

• Job location Positions: 5099 Creekbank Road, Toronto (Ontario)

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
