Job summary

Access Credit Union is seeking a Retail Lending Officer in Manitoba to evaluate personal credit applications and recommend suitable credit products. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, helping members with loans, mortgages, lines of credit and related services while building long-term relationships.

You will work with the loans processing team to ensure accurate documentation, adhere to risk policies, and support branch sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is required.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and act on them in a professional manner.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess member credit needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Complete credit applications with required information and risk assessment.
