Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma or higher; diploma/certificate in business or finance is an asset.
• Experience in customer service or sales; ability to identify and act on sales opportunities.
• Familiarity with Access Credit Union’s products and services and risk management policies.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify member needs and promote a full range of credit union products and services.
• Complete credit applications with thorough analysis within policy limits.
• Explain terms and conditions of lending products clearly to members.
• Coordinate with loans processing to ensure timely documentation and administration.
• Maintain relationships with members and pursue new business opportunities.
• Assist in achieving branch sales goals and participate in regular staff meetings.
