Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager in coaching and developing the sales team, driving customer experience, and ensuring smooth store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires leading as manager on duty, opening/closing the store, and executing growth initiatives while fostering an inclusive, engaged team. A minimum of 1 year retail or sales experience and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or sales experience required.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to coach and develop the team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Create an engaged, inclusive store environment and elevate the customer experience.
• Assist with opening/closing the store and act as manager on duty when scheduled.
• Lead store staff on daily operations, branding execution, and adherence to company directives.
• Support recruitment and development planning to improve performance.
• Analyze store performance data and participate in implementing improvements.
