Rocky Mountain Soap Company is hiring a Lead Product Advisor to run daily store operations and manage the customer and employee experience when leadership is unavailable.

This permanent full-time role requires a 40-hour work week, with at least two closing shifts and availability on three weekend days. You will train staff, uphold Rocky’s service standards, and drive sales performance while keeping our natural product ethos at the forefront.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate personal customer service and selling skills aligned to Rocky’s standards.
• Train and develop team members as directed by Store Leader.
• Encourage and redirect the team for the best customer experience.
• Participate in in-store presentation to brand standards.
• Share customer feedback to foster improvement.
• Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Support and connect with team members, creating a safe space.
• Ensure safe operation of the store and wellbeing of staff and customers.
• Participate in inventory management processes.
• Report quality issues and maintain brand standards on sales floor.
• Strive to drive revenue and performance metrics like ATV and conversion.
