Job summary
Rocky Mountain Soap Company is seeking a Lead Product Advisor to run daily store operations, coach staff, and ensure a premier customer experience at our Calgary location. You will uphold Rocky’s standards, guide the team in service and product presentation, and contribute to safety and inventory processes.
This permanent full-time role requires 40 hours weekly with two closing shifts and weekend availability.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations and customer/employee experience
- Train and develop team members using Rocky tools
- Support store leadership to ensure brand standards and safe operations
- Contribute to in-store presentation and brand consistency
- Share customer feedback for continuous improvement
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Drive revenue metrics including ATV, conversion, and sales
