Job summary

Reitmans Canada Limited is seeking a part-time Key Holder at Smart Centres Chilliwack. You will support the management team to create a welcoming, customer-focused environment, assist on the sales floor, help in the fitting room, and complete transactions at the cash desk.

Bring energy, fashion knowledge, and a customer-first mindset to every interaction. You will contribute to smooth store operations and an exceptional shopping experience while working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• Strong customer service skills to create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fashion with good sense of style and trends.
• Proficient with POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and reach up to 3 m in height.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and build loyalty.
• Process transactions accurately at checkout and support customers.
• Use product knowledge and promotions to drive add-on sales.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards on the sales floor.
• Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Offer styling advice and contribute to an engaging environment.
