Job summary

Little Burgundy is seeking a Stock Coordinator (Full-Time) to handle shipping and inventory control across our Canadian stores. The role emphasizes accuracy in receiving, shipping, and inventory corrections, while upholding the brand's vibrant customer experience.

You will work in a fast-paced retail setting with promotion opportunities, a fun team environment, and benefits. The position requires 40 hours weekly, including nights/weekends, and 18+ age.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and complete training programs leading up to Manager in Training or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal standards of performance.
• Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing products and shipping documents.
• Maintain neat, organized, and well-stocked merchandise area.
• Communicate stock replenishment needs to relevant departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager and Co-Manager.
• Understand the Little Burgundy culture and demonstrate it to the team.
