Job summary

Little Burgundy is a branded footwear retailer seeking a Stock Coordinator to manage shipping, receiving and inventory control. The role supports store operations, ensures accurate stock handling, and maintains organized merchandising areas across Canada.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and readiness for a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time, with potential for promotion and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environment.
• Bilingualism as required (Quebec only).
• Willingness to learn and participate in training for managerial track.
• Completion of training programs leading to Manager in Training or equivalent.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
• Must be physically able to climb, reach, bend and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for long periods; minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal standards of performance.
• Ensure company initiatives are implemented per direction.
• Verify accuracy of incoming/outgoing products and shipping documents.
• Maintain neat, organized and well-stocked merchandise area.
• Communicate stock replenishment needs to relevant departments.
• Support Store Manager and Co-Manager as assigned.
