Job summary

Little Burgundy in Surrey, BC seeks a Full-Time Stock Coordinator to handle shipping, inventory, and documentation with accuracy. You will maintain organized stock areas, support replenishment, and work closely with Store Management to meet targets.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years retail experience, strong customer service, and flexibility for nights/weekends. Growth opportunities and employee benefits are available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn and complete training.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism as required (Quebec only).
• Completion of Manager in Training or equivalent training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal performance standards.
• Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing products and documents.
• Maintain neat, organized, well-stocked merchandise area.
• Assist with stock replenishment and shipping/receiving processes.
• Communicate stock needs with management and other departments.
• Understand Little Burgundy culture and reflect it in the team.
