Pilot Company is seeking a Retail General Manager to oversee our high‑volume retail facilities. You will be responsible for generating and executing travel center and restaurant business plans to achieve standards, sales, profits and customer satisfaction.
Requirements include 2–3 years of management in a service industry with P&L responsibility, and the ability to lead teams, manage scheduling and maintain vendor relations. Competitive pay and growth potential are offered.

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high‑volume retail facilities. You will be responsible for generating and executing travel center and restaurant business plans to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives as well as customer satisfaction.
Pay: Expected annual earnings of $64,000 to $75,000 plus short‑term monthly incentive opportunity.
Paid per hour while in the training position.

As a Retail General Manager, you must exemplify integrity and accountability at the managerial level as well as demonstrate excellent team leadership skills. You must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays.
