Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Part-time Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience on the sales floor in Canada.

You will act as Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates while guiding store operations and customer interactions to meet daily sales goals. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, operating POS systems, fulfilling OMNI channel orders, maintaining visual displays, analyzing sales data, protecting assets, and representing the brand with energy,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience preferred (1 year).
• No supervisory/management experience required.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsabilités

• Open and close store routines.
