Job summary

The role blends strategy, creativity, and people leadership to deliver exceptional customer service and store performance. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, build visual displays, analyze reports, manage payroll, and ensure brand standards.

Qualifications

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.

• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
