Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a Retail Finance Manager for our St-Augustin location to promote and manage financing options for whole goods sales. You will build strong relationships with customers and internal sales teams while marketing financing solutions within the territory.

Responsibilities include preparing credit submissions, managing the deal process from quote to signing, and traveling to meet customers.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to assess customer needs through a strong understanding of selling and financing processes.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory is required.
• Experience in the heavy equipment industry is an asset, as is a post-secondary business/finance degree.

Brandt Finance Ltd is currently seeking a Retail Finance Manager for our St-Augustin location.

The Retail Finance Manager is responsible for promoting and managing all aspects of Brandt Finance services to support wholegoods sales for Brandt Tractor Ltd. This role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal sales teams while marketing financing solutions within an assigned territory. The Retail Finance Manager ensures that financing options are effectively communicated, competitively structured, and aligned with Brandt's business objectives.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Submit weekly and monthly reports as required.
• Travel throughout the designated territory to meet with customers.
• Prospecting potential financing needs for our customers, including non-Brandt Tractor product financing needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in the heavy equipment industry is considered an asset.
• Post secondary degree in business / finance would be considered an asset.
