Job summary

Brandt Finance Ltd in Saint-Augustin seeks a Retail Finance Manager to promote and manage financing services for whole goods sales, partnering with Brandt Tractor and internal sales teams. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships and marketing financing solutions within the territory.

You will communicate financing options clearly, structure competitive terms, and drive the deal process from quote to signing while supporting sales goals and revenue growth across Canada.

Qualifications

• Experience recognizing and satisfying customer needs through financing processes.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the designated territory.
• Prior experience in the heavy equipment industry is a plus.
• Post-secondary degree in business or finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales staff by obtaining financing to support whole goods sales.
• Build relationships with customers and sales staff.
• Prepare and present credit submissions.
• Manage deal process from quote stage through to document signing.
• Market value added products to our customers (ex: insurances).
• Generate interest referral income.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports as required.
• Travel throughout the designated territory to meet with customers.
• Prospecting potential financing needs for our customers, including non-Brandt Tractor product financing needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Brandt Finance Ltd is currently seeking a Retail Finance Manager for our St-Augustin location.

The Retail Finance Manager is responsible for promoting and managing all aspects of Brandt Finance services to support wholegoods sales for Brandt Tractor Ltd. This role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal sales teams while marketing financing solutions within an assigned territory. The Retail Finance Manager ensures that financing options are effectively communicated, competitively structured, and aligned with Brandt's business objectives.
