Job summary

Brandt Finance Ltd is seeking a Retail Finance Manager in Bedford, NS to promote and manage financing for Brandt Tractor Ltd. You will build strong customer and sales team relationships, present credit submissions, and manage the deal process from quote to signing.

The role requires travel across the designated territory and a proactive approach to marketing financing options and value-added products, including insurances, to support wholesale sales.

Qualifications

• Experience recognizing and satisfying customer needs through financing.
• Understanding of the selling and financing process is required.
• Experience in the heavy equipment industry is considered an asset.
• Post secondary degree in business/finance would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales staff by obtaining financing to support whole goods sales.
• Build relationships with customers and sales staff.
• Prepare and present credit submissions.
• Manage deal process from quote stage through to document signing.
• Market value added products to our customers (ex: insurances).
• Generate interest referral income.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports as required.
• Travel throughout the designated territory to meet with customers.
• Prospecting potential financing needs for our customers, including non-Brandt Tractor product financing needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Brandt Finance Ltd is currently seeking a Retail Finance Manager for our Bedford, NSlocation.

The Retail Finance Manager is responsible for promoting and managing all aspects of Brandt Finance services to support wholegoods sales for Brandt Tractor Ltd. This role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal sales teams while marketing financing solutions within an assigned territory. The Retail Finance Manager ensures that financing options are effectively communicated, competitively structured, and aligned with Brandt’s business objectives.
