Brandt Finance Ltd in Red Deer is seeking a Retail Finance Manager to promote and manage all financing activities supporting whole goods sales for Brandt Tractor. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and our internal sales teams while marketing financing solutions within the assigned territory.

The successful candidate will travel as required, understand the selling and financing process, and bring experience in the heavy equipment sector as an asset.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel.
• Experience recognizing and satisfying customer needs in selling/financing.
• Experience in heavy equipment industry is a plus.
• Post-secondary degree in business or finance is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Assist sales staff by obtaining financing to support whole goods sales.
• Build relationships with customers and sales staff.
• Prepare and present credit submissions.
• Manage deal process from quote to document signing.
• Market value-added products to customers (e.g., insurances).
• Generate referral income.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports.
• Travel throughout the designated territory.
• Prospect financing needs, including non-Brandt Tractor products.
• Other duties as assigned.

Brandt Finance Ltd is currently seeking a Retail Finance Manager for our Red Deer Construction and Forestrylocation.

The Retail Finance Manager is responsible for promoting and managing all aspects of Brandt Finance services to support wholegoods sales for Brandt Tractor Ltd. This role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal sales teams while marketing financing solutions within an assigned territory. The Retail Finance Manager ensures that financing options are effectively communicated, competitively structured, and aligned with Brandt’s business objectives.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Assist sales staff by obtaining financing to support whole goods sales.
• Build relationships with customers and sales staff.
• Prepare and present credit submissions.
• Manage deal process from quote stage through to document signing.
• Market value added products to our customers (ex: insurances).
• Generate interest referral income.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports as required.
• Travel throughout the designated territory to meet with customers.
• Prospecting potential financing needs for our customers, including non-Brandt Tractor product financing needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience recognizing and satisfying customer needs through a thorough understanding of the selling and financing process is required.
• Previous experience in the heavy equipment industry is considered an asset.
• Post secondary degree in business / finance would be considered an asset.
