Job summary

Hillman Group Canada seeks a Detailer to provide hands-on service at Big Box Retail stores, setting up H. Paulin brand displays, ensuring stock levels, and resolving daily store issues. You will support store operations across the region with attention to safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail/vendor environments, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and a collaborative mindset. Travel between stores within the region is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a retail vendor or big box environment or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Visit designated stores weekly, merchandising inventory, sorting bins and attending to general housekeeping duties.
• Prepares & processes new orders using company issued equipment.
• Raises issues and discrepancies to the appointed store representative.
• Acts as liaison between designated stores and Hillman Canada head office.
• Travel between stores in selected region.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
• Follow store safety rules and work in a safe and healthy manner.
