Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail management experience with sales and service targets.
• Experience in leading, coaching and developing talent and teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales-focused partnerships and use reports to create action plans.
• Attract, train, develop and engage associates with coaching and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Asset Protection, Privacy, Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain daily team communication and execute sales and customer engagement tools.
