Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory role.
• Ability to work shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily/weekly departmental activities and seasonal changes.
• Train, supervise, coach, and motivate team members.
