POSITION SUMMARY:

The Store Consultant consistently delivers a positive customer experience by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions. This team member is knowledgeable in all store areas, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping. Responsibilities include taking orders, coordinating store activities, providing pricing and product information, and recommending FedEx Office products and services. The Store Consultant operates and maintains equipment, manages projects, stocks materials, and completes tasks based on priority.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow supervisor instructions and assist team members.
• Assist in training store staff.

Service

• Demonstrate consultative behaviors to understand customer needs.
• Recommend appropriate products and services.
• Ensure customer problems are resolved promptly.
• Handle complex orders and provide accurate pricing.
• Prepare goods for shipping and operate related equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly store.

• Handle customer data confidentially.
• Process transactions accurately, including cash handling.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
