Job summary

Lee Valley Tools is seeking a customer service associate to support in-store orders and inquiries, assist with product questions, process exchanges and returns, and help locate items in the showroom. You will greet customers, answer questions, and ensure accurate transactions while maintaining stock and shelf presentation.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail, a background in a craft or trade is a plus, and a willingness to follow defined procedures.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail is an asset.
• Experience in a skilled craft or trade is a significant asset.
• Follows set procedures and uses general knowledge to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process in-store payment transactions and handle cash as required.
• Place items on hold and assist customers on the floor.
• Look up customer numbers in CW / STEP and manage exchanges/returns.
