Job summary

In this role you will support the sales floor by coordinating product displays, rotating stock, and handling returns per company policy, while keeping aisles neat and organized for a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a polite, friendly manner.
• Assists customers by locating products and answering questions.
• Resolves issues and refers concerns to management when appropriate.
• Stocks and rotates merchandise, displays products, and maintains pricing.
• Handles claims and returns per policy and keeps area safe.
• Receives and stocks merchandise and completes required paperwork.
• Directs service items to Customer Service Manager when needed.
• Sets up modulars and shelf caps as required.
