• Age – 16 or older

Responsibilities

• Greets customers politely and assists with product locating and purchases
• Stocking and rotating merchandise, setting up displays, signing and pricing
• Handle claims, returns, and maintain safety and cleanliness per policies
• Assist customers and refer complex issues to management when needed
• Receive and stock merchandise and complete required paperwork
• Direct service items to Customer Service Manager as needed
