Job summary

NorthernReflections, Ricki’s, and Cleo are seeking a Sales Associate in Victoria to deliver an exceptional customer experience and build meaningful relationships with shoppers. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help guests find the right fashion, promote our brands, and welcome new and returning customers with a friendly, knowledgeable approach.

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
• Passion for fashion, retail, and creating great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by following our customer service program.
• Meet or exceed daily personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Promote the brand through strong product knowledge and by representing company values.
• Build customer loyalty by enrolling them in our loyalty program.
• Perform point of sale transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, store layouts, housekeeping, and displays.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and appealing.
• Support coworkers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
• Follow company directives, initiatives, and loss prevention procedures.
• Communicate openly, respectfully, and courteously with store team and customers.
