Job summary

Whistler Blackcomb in Whistler, BC, Canada is seeking a Retail Associate for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. You’ll provide guests with gear and services for their mountain experience, and we’ll train you across multiple departments.

Starting wage is $20/hr with both full-time and part-time hours available. Benefits include free employee ski passes, extensive discounts, health coverage options after hours, and strong training and development support.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional Customer Service.
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
