Job summary

Eastlink is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to assist customers at our Spring Garden Road location in Halifax. You’ll help customers stay connected by understanding their needs and recommending Eastlink products and services that fit their lifestyle.

In this role, you’ll welcome customers, promote current offers, and work toward store sales targets in a team-oriented, fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, and evenings/weekends may be required.

Retail Store Representative

Work Location: 5472 Spring Garden Road

Department: Retail

Reports To: Retail Store Manager

Employment Status: Part time, less than 20 hours per week, rotating schedule including evenings and weekends

Great customer experiences start with great conversations. As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll help customers stay connected by understanding their needs and recommending the Eastlink products and services that fit their lifestyle.

Whether you're helping someone choose a new mobile device, explaining the latest promotions, or troubleshooting a service question, you'll play an important role in creating a positive in-store experience. If you enjoy working with people, learning new technology, and achieving goals in a team-oriented environment, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll make an impact by:

• Welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending products and services that provide the best solution.
