Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail management experience.
• Experience in leading, coaching, developing talent, and managing teams with a customer- and sales-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term partnerships with business customers.
• Drive sales leadership through recognition and performance, using metrics to guide action plans and results.
• Attract, train, develop, and engage associates with regular coaching and career development.
• Ensure Health & Safety, Asset Protection, Privacy, Policies, and Procedures compliance; manage inventory, merchandising, and brand standards.
• Maintain daily team communication and ensure consistency in sales and customer engagement tools.
