You will hire, onboard, train, and develop the team with a focus on performance, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, inventory, and brand standards while fostering a customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail management experience with direct sales targets.
• Experience in leading, coaching and developing teams with a customer focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: lead the team to provide exceptional service and build long-term partnerships, especially with business customers.
• Sales Leadership: drive sales-focused partnerships and use reports to plan actions and achieve results.
• Team Development: attract, train, and coach associates with regular feedback and career development.
• Operational Excellence: ensure Health & Safety, asset protection, policies and brand standards; manage inventory and merchandising.
• Communication: maintain daily team communication and ensure consistent use of sales tools.
