Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail management experience, with direct accountability for achieving sales and service targets.
• Experience in leading, coaching, developing talent, and managing teams with a customer and sales-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; people are inspired by your communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term partnerships.
• Drive sales-focused partnerships; enable associates to perform at their best.
• Attract, train, develop, and engage associates; provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Asset Protection, Privacy, Policies and Procedures; manage inventory and brand standards.
• Maintain daily team communication and ensure consistent use of sales and customer engagement tools.
