As a Showcase Assistant Manager, you will support your Store Manager in contributing to your store’s success by leading with an unwavering focus on delivering a fun and unique guest experience. You will be responsible for maximizing sales potential by coaching associates' behaviors on the sales floor, setting expectations, and ensuring execution. A keen attention to detail in store operations and adherence to Showcase’s policies and procedures is essential.
