We are hiring for an Assistant Store Manager in Ottawa. This is a leadership position with responsibilities across multiple store locations.

The Wine Shop (TWS) is a vibrant retail system with over 100 stores, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, products, and experiences. We seek an inspirational leader focused on delivering extraordinary customer experiences and fostering a collaborative environment.

The Assistant Retail Manager will support store operations, teammate training, and engagement.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in retail sales and / or customer service.
• Smart Serve Certification.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong business sense with a creative approach to increasing sales.
• Working knowledge of Windows applications, including Word and Excel.
• Flexibility for evening and weekend work.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand, bend, and twist regularly.
