Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in social work, criminology, restorative justice, youth work, mediation, counselling, education, community development, or a related field.
• Equivalent combinations of education, professional experience, lived experience, and demonstrated skills will be considered.
• Understanding of restorative justice philosophy, principles and processes is an asset.
