Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking an Insurance Estimator for Mitigation/Reconstruction to deliver timely, accurate property loss estimates and help close deals with TPAs, property managers, maintenance teams and clients.

You will use Xactimate/CoreLogic/T&M software to prepare profitable estimates, coordinate with subcontractors, develop material lists, and negotiate approvals while upholding excellent customer care in disaster recovery projects.

Qualifications

• IICRC WRT/ASD/AMRT certificates are preferred.
• IICRC FSRT State Adjusters license or Xactimate/Symbility Certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate estimates and communicate with subcontractors.
• Prepare accurate and profitable job estimates using Xactimate/CoreLogic/T&M software.
• Negotiate approvals with TPAs, property managers, insurance carrier partners and clients.
• Develop list of materials and equipment needed for projects.
