Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking an Insurance Estimator for Mitigation/Reconstruction to accurately estimate restoration losses and support customer retention. You will respond promptly to estimate requests, communicating capabilities and maintaining high levels of client care.

Responsibilities include coordinating estimates with subcontractors and preparing profitable estimates using Xactimate/CoreLogic/T&M tools, while negotiating approvals with TPAs, property managers, and carriers.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating restoration property losses using Xactimate/CoreLogic/T&M software.
• Ability to communicate estimates and rationale clearly to clients and partners.
• Familiarity with insurance-related approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate estimates and communicate with subcontractors.
• Prepare accurate and profitable job estimates using Xactimate/CoreLogic/T&M software.
• Negotiate approvals with TPAs, Property Managers, Insurance Carriers and clients.
• Develop list of materials and equipment needed for projects.
