ARS Responds Canada is seeking a Project Manager to lead restoration projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery and a stellar client experience. You will coordinate teams, schedules, costs, and communications with clients and insurers.

The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. AODA-friendly employer with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of experience in the construction/restoration industry.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, Xactimate and XactAnalysis.
• IICRC WRT/FSRT certifications are highly preferred; other related certifications are an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and mentor team members.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and construction methods.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee emergency and restoration projects from scope to completion.
• Communicate with clients and adjusters, setting realistic timelines.
• Ensure estimates, timelines, and files meet KPIs.
• Monitor budgets, prepare costings, and maintain margins.
• Manage invoicing and accounts receivable.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
• Lead health and safety and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports.
• Travel as required.
